The event runs 8:30 am to 4:00 pm each day. We have gently-used furniture, household items, toys, home decor, Christmas and other decorations, books, bicycles, and many other items, all reasonably priced. Visit us as we join the Monroe Community Garage Sales this weekend! Money raised from the Rummage Sale will help the congregation offer ministries to serve our community. Funds from the Bake Sale will provide food for local families through our ministry partnership with Monroe Church of the Nazarene's Food Pantry. Lunch sales benefit the local mission projects of the Monroe UMC.

Love Beyond Limits John 13:31-35; Acts 11:1-18 Series: Rise Up: How to Start Living Again There’s a fable about a man who spent his whole life drawing lines. Each time someone disagreed with him, challenged him, or simply made him uncomfortable, he drew another line to put them on the outside. Over time, his circle got smaller and smaller. By the end of his life, he stood in the center of a tiny, lonely circle. But then he looked up and saw Jesus. Only Jesus wasn’t drawing lines—he was erasing them.   Day 7: Monday, March 10, 2025 Scripture: Psalm 27:1-6 Devotion: The psalmist begins with a powerful declaration: “The Lord is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear?” Life’s wilderness moments often come with shadows of fear, but God’s light shines through. In a world that feels uncertain, God offers a solid foundation. The psalmist’s confidence comes not from an absence of danger but from the assurance of God’s presence. When we feel lost, God is our guiding light, showing us the next step forward. Action Steps: Write down a fear that you are carrying today and pray for God’s light to shine on it. Take a short walk outside, focusing on the light around you—whether it is sunlight or artificial light—and reflect on God as your light.
